Aspire Rovers P.A. Day Clinic - Goalkeeper

Ages: 2015-2007 Goalkeepers will be grouped according to age and skill level. Goalkeepers will have 3 hours of high intensity training focused on game-specific skills to elevate their technical, tactical, and physical ability in shot-stopping, passing, 1v1s, and crossing.

Training will include:

Technical Ability- Catching, Scooping, Diving, Crosses, 1v1s, Shot-Shopping

Passing- Ball Control, First Touch, Accuracy

 

Match IQ- Positioning, Decision Making, Goalkeeping Tactics
